In order to be a member of the DAS PVO you must be a Level 1 or Level 2 volunteer.

If you are already an approved Level1/Level 2 volunteer with a track-it-forward account you can fill out the PVO Membership form on the right hand side and turn it in at a PVO General Meeting.

If you are not already a volunteer you can use the forms on the right side of the page to learn the steps necessary to become a Level 1 or Level 2 volunteer.
